Very sorry for the down time! Fixed bugs:
:- Some 3-hour-reset chests could be repeatedly looted
:- Slow effects were being treated as root effects
:- Cows could not be milked
:- Some of the new quests on Pennoc were extremely bugged
We'll have another update to fix more bugs soon.
