How to Obtain
Random drop from Rakshasa in Rahu and Ilmari desert, and from Drakeworms in Ilmari.
Found occasionally (5-7%) by picking up notes in the houses of the Rakshasa, in Rahu. This is by far the easiest way to obtain the books if you're a lower combat level.
Very low drop rate from Winter War-Troll in the Fae Realm.
