Random drop from [[:Category:Rakshasa| Rakshasa]] in [[Rahu]] and [[Ilmari]] desert, and from [[Drakeworm]]s in [[Ilmari]].
Found occasionally (5-7%) by picking up notes in the houses of the Rakshasa, in [[Rahu]]. This is by far the easiest way to obtain the books if you're a lower combat level.
Very low drop rate from [[Winter War-Troll]] in the [[Fae Realm]].
