Pig form is a beast form available by drinking Pig Juice.
Pig Juice can be found in some NPC merchant's inventory, and also seems to drop randomly from pigs in Serbule.
As with the other beast forms, the effect is "permanent until cured". If you get tired of rolling in the mud, you can always buy a Un-Pig Juice. Be warned that Un-Pig Juice is very costly, and can be difficult to find.
