Summary
Kelim in Amulna said, "This one is just impossible... we need something yellow and fluffy for 'tinsel', some sort of human decoration. Where would we get tinsel in the desert?! Are we supposed to shave a few manticores and use their manes?!"
This Quest can be repeated after 91 days.

To start this quest, talk to Kelim in the Ilmari Desert.
