Elahil wants 1 piece of Nightmare Flesh to activate his magic ring. Nightmare Flesh is dropped by Nightmare Creatures in the Goblin Dungeon and maybe some other monster. Like any other items, if you are lucky, you can buy it from specific shops under the Buy Used tab if other players have sold it there. Hand in the flesh to Elahil to complete the quest. Congratulations!
