A new area is now open in "preview" mode (meaning "not even close to finished, but worth testing"). It is for level 30+ players, and you can access it from the docks on the Serbule map.

This area will soon be home to many new skills and dungeons, but at the moment there are only two major skills that are available: Hammer and Druid. You can find the Hammer skill by befriending a troll you meet somewhere on the island. The Druid skill is available via a pedestal in one corner of the island (much like the pedestal that teaches you animal handling).

Agrashab (Hammer skill trainer) temporarily sells training for certain Druid abilities, even though he has nothing to do with druids. This is just until the druids are more firmly in-game.

The area is under heavy development still, so there is no map available yet. This can make navigation tough! Remember the ocean is only on one side of the map (the south), and there is a gigantic tree that can help act as a landmark. Map will be in soon! (Later this week.)

NEW GAME MECHANIC: there are a few monsters in this new area marked "Elite". (You'll see this when you examine them, on their combat card GUI.) These are designed for a small group. If you kill them, everybody who examines their corpse gets their own set of treasure.

Other Changes

  • "Recall Beginnings" teleportation recipe now has a 1-in-20 chance of losing the amethyst, instead of a 1-in-5 chance
  • Slightly simplified the recipes for "Bind Alternate Circle" and "Recall Alternate Circle" teleportation recipes. (They're still intentionally very expensive to use.)
  • Replaced the Tsavorite requirements in any Teleportation recipe with Aquamarine. (Aquamarine and Amethyst are the two teleportation-related gems. Not sure how Tsavorite got in there.)
  • Added small additional boons to the Winter Court armor
  • Increased the damage power of Explosion Sigils to better match updated monster stats. Added a small DoT element as well
  • Various neck-slot equipment wasn‘t correctly marked as "racial jewelry" even though it was described as being a necklace. This includes Eraphylle, Yyllatra, Eynophille, Hammerseal, and Fae Bead Necklace
  • Fixed bug that kept werewolves from transforming back
  • Fixed bug that kept flight from having fast-flight when you hold the shift key down
  • Reduced the armor of crystalline baddies in the goblin dungeon
  • Reduced the armor of Ciervos
  • Fixed bugs with storage vaults not updating their contents immediately
