The '''Creepy Alchemist''' is an Event NPC who first appeared outside of [[Serbule Keep]] in June 2016. When spoken to, he gives a temporary potion item that disappears when you log off, and can't be placed in storage. A new potion can be received about half an hour after the effects of the previous one wear off.
