Cultist Necromancers are powerful spellcasters found within the Dark Chapel, once you get deeper inside the tunnels. They can deal heavy electric damage, as well as root you in place for a few moments, and they're commonly escorted by hordes of undead.

- Dark Chapel
- Found about mid way inside the tunnels, close to the dark passage.
