Currently Except for ice fishing, there is no fishing pole item required, nor animation. Simply swim up to a fish and pick them up!

Ice fishing recipes can be trained from [[Ukorga]] in [[Kur]] Northwest outpost with high enough Favor. Higher level bait traps yield more fish and higher level fish like shark and eel. May also depend on the location of the fishing hole.
