Hotfix Notes: March 10, 2020

A few fixes to yesterday's update:

Fixed bug that caused Fae Energy to reset to 0 whenever you leveled up in any skill
Fixed problems with You Are Dead window not disappearing when you teleported during death
Fixed problems with certain delayed effects not dispelling
Raina sells shovels
Increased respawn rate of newbie monsters in the fae realm
