This is for one basic, instanced in-game house and you will be among the first players to help us test the housing experience. Please note, housing is not yet available and we currently do not have an ETA.

====GRAND DUKE====

:- Immortalize your character in-game: the Serbule town gossips, Blanche and Rita, will have an outrageous anecdote about your character. We'll write this anecdote based on your in-game actions during alpha and beta. Be aware: gossip isn't always flattering! (Your character must have a theme-appropriate name to receive this benefit.)

:- The ability to make world-broadcast announcements (like global chat, but with special emphasis) a few times per day.

====GUILD MASTER====

:- An instanced Guild House. Guild Housing will include guild storage and the ability for members to teleport there a specific number of times a day. There will be general access at a specific in-game location.

:- An in-game signboard in the town where your guild hall resides. You can change the sign to have any text you want. Use it for recruiting, proselytizing, announcements, etc. (Subject to the usual prohibitions on in-game chat.)

====ARCHDUKE====

:- As Archduke, you will have a few special administrative powers that work while you are in your archduchy. For example, you will be to launch fireworks at night, banish players from your city, and activate a special “festival mode” that creates a more festive atmosphere. We will also entertain suggestions for custom archduchy commands, as long as they’re not overpowered or overly difficult to implement.

:- You will remain Archduke as long as you remain active in the game community, but if you go inactive for an extended period of time you may lose your archduchy.
