[[Ashk]] will teach Augury abilities with appropriate favor, and after you complete some favor quests for him. Each Augury recipe gives a one hour buff and a new Augury can be divulged every hour. The buff effect can be positive or negative depending on the foreseen outcome, and the level of Augury used.
