“A measure of your renown. You earn Notoriety the first time you defeat certain enemies (typically any monster with a proper name), and for completing particularly difficult quests.
Notoriety 's uses are not yet known (at least by this writer, please edit me!).
The skill is raised by defeating named creatures and completing certain quests. The amount of Notoriety gained will be echoed in your chat window.
