Its huge health pool, health regeneration, and high damage makes this a tough fight for an unprepared adventurer to handle. '''Olugax''' appears around the underwater Sealed Door in eastern Eltibule. The precise criteria for spawning  Spawning '''Olugax''' is unknown, but it appears requires near-simultaneous knocks by a single knock party of four players on the door can potentially spawn Sealed Door. Currently, this only is required once per server restart. After the first time post-restart '''Olugax''' is spawned, it will continue to respawn every 10-12 minutes.
