Pennoc

Description

Pennoc is an NPC located in the down of Serbule. He is a rich man who has been stuck in the town due to being waylaid on the road. Naturally, being rich and cooped up in the small town of Serbule has made him restless. As such, he is willing to offer a number of mundane quests to new players to satiate his boredom.

Location

Pennoc is located in a building in the central square of Serbule, just south of the well.
