A sick variant of Tiger. Like Sickly Wolves, they may randomly give players who fight or loot them various illnesses.

- Serbule
- A concentration in the north, especially the east around the bodies of water. Some more in the southeast section.
- South Serbule
- In the South-Western part of the map, intermingled with Tigers
