Once a tree is fully decorated, a present will appear under it. For the rest of the event, a new present will appear under each completed tree. The respawn time for a present is sixteen hours.

; Equipment received from presents will usually use the two active skills at the time the present is opened. Equipment levels generally match the highest level of level similar to highest equipment loot dropped by a creature enemies in whichever zone the present is opened in that area.
