alright; changed ''everything'' over to non-absolute measures. also defined max width in regards to viewport so it should finally work seamlessly on mobile.

just seeing if i can fix the mobile overflow issue with the IconDesc by using flexboxes.

it did not so i went back to the one fixed layout table for overflow control mobile devices must be affected by the styling of common css somewhere

this seems crazy double wrapping this one line in two tables but it might fix the problem with overflow on mobile devices.

got the icon w/ qty bit of template worked out so it should inherit the width of any parent object and then ellipsis.. the name if its too long for its container.
