[[Mythander]] offers access to the stable menu starting at '''{{favor|Neutral}}''' favor.
He also offers humanoid adventurers the opportunity to learn [[Riding]] and obtain their first horse. Riding skill can be obtained by paying 3000 Councils or by completing Mythander's [[Mystery Rocks]] quest. The horse always costs an additional 3000 Councils. Basic riding tack and gear can be obtained from player [[Saddlery]] crafters or from [[Pasha]] in [[Ilmari]].
