Horse thief events appear at 1 AM and 1 PM in game time and despawn 11 in game hours (55 real world minutes) after if not cleared by players.
These events spawn a number of horse thieves of different species depending on the area, and upon killing them will spawn a group of [[Wild Horse|Wild Horses]].
Participating in the event will also grant 2-3 x [[Horse Apple Seedling|Horse Apple Seedlings]]. [[Horse Breeds: A Primer]], [[Horse Aphrodisiac]], [[Horse Ruby]] and [[The Traits of a Mount]] are possible drops.
