Changes

Horse thief events Thieves are a set of [[Activity Quests|activity quests]] which appear at 1 AM and 1 PM in -game time and despawn 11 in game hours (55 real world minutes) after if not cleared by players.

These events spawn a number of horse thieves of different species depending on the area, and upon killing them will spawn the thieves, a group of [[Wild Horse|Wild Horses]]will spawn.
