Similar to the [[Wolf]] and [[Malnourished Wolf]], the Sickly Wolf is a low level canine new players can fight. They're sometimes non-aggressive, but can infect players that fight or loot them with [[lice]]. You can level your [[Canine]] Anatomy skill with this creature till level 10.
