Statehelm is the capital city of the Council Lands, and the current seat of the Council itself. Accessible by both a mid-sized port and an extensive road network, this heavily defended city is facing numerous external and internal issues.
You can teleport here once per 24 hours for 1,000 councils via the portal attendant at the Red Wing Casino on days when the Statehelm portal is available, which swaps each moon phase. A sign next to Zik the Teleportation Attendant lists which moon phases the Statehelm portal is active. You can also enter using Special Recipe: Summon Statehelm Portal or traveling via Vidaria.
Neighboring Regions
The neighboring once-fertile farmlands of Vidaria border Statehelm. The demon invasion makes it difficult to farm!

“By Decree of The Council:
The previous version of the Cornucopia was flawwed in two ways:
-Its vast array of fresh fruits and vegetables destroyed the produce market.
-It required citizens to cook the food in order to receive maximal benefit.
Our new system teleports wholesome sustenance directly into your stomach. This removes the need for cooking, and also allows for a "luxury market" for fruits and vegetables.
We understand this is disappointing to some.

Lore
The city is the current seat for the remaining five members of the Council. Tok of the Eighth Pod detected extremely potent magic on the Council grounds in the city. He described it as "an interplanar rift of such magnitude that an entire army could have waltzed through it." The Council grounds have security measures in place, strong enough to incinerate an entire sub-pod of demons. However, the streets of Statehelm can be a different matter. Hint
- - Nelson Ballard, Praetor of Serbule mentions that a sex-change machine has been installed in Statehelm. He suggests that the machine is used to deal with those "light in the loafers."
- - Leonard Allenson mentions that Serbule is around 2,000 miles away.
- - Helena Veilmoor is a member of the famous Veilmoor blacksmith family, based out of this city.
