Statehelm is the capital city of the Council Lands, and the current seat of the Council itself. Accessible by both a mid-sized port and an extensive road network, this heavily defended city is facing numerous external and internal issues.
You can teleport here once per 24 hours for 1,000 councils via the portal attendant at the Red Wing Casino on days when the Statehelm portal is available, which swaps each moon phase. A sign next to Zik the Teleportation Attendant lists which moon phases the Statehelm portal is active. You can also enter using Special Recipe: Summon Statehelm Portal or traveling via Vidaria.
Neighboring Regions
The neighboring once-fertile farmlands of Vidaria border Statehelm. The demon invasion makes it difficult to farm!

The Statehelm Mint is the primary bank of the Council Lands. The main entrance is just south of the fountain square.

The Statehelm School of Magic is found south of the Council Grounds. This institution employs a staff of experts of their field although most are only willing to share their knowledge with enrolled students. Adventurers interested in attending this school should accept an entry quest from Guzor Harrison.
Students receive access to training appropriate for levels 81-100 and Prodigy Potential in Fire Magic, Ice Magic, Necromancy, Battle Chemistry, Weather Witching, Spider, Warden, and Mycology. Levels 51-80 of Alchemy can also be learned from a professor here. ...

The Cornucopia is found in the eastern part of the city of Statehelm.

-It required citizens to cook the food in order to receive maximal benefit.

Lore
The city is the current seat for the remaining five members of the Council. Tok of the Eighth Pod detected extremely potent magic on the Council grounds in the city. He described it as "an interplanar rift of such magnitude that an entire army could have waltzed through it." The Council grounds have security measures in place, strong enough to incinerate an entire sub-pod of demons. However, the streets of Statehelm can be a different matter. Hint
- - Nelson Ballard, Praetor of Serbule mentions that a sex-change machine has been installed in Statehelm. He suggests that the machine is used to deal with those "light in the loafers."
- - Leonard Allenson mentions that Serbule is around 2,000 miles away.
- - Helena Veilmoor is a member of the famous Veilmoor blacksmith family, based out of this city.
