Shala can be found in a shop on the path south of the forge, when the Povus Town Level is at least 6.

Shala does not use the favor system.

Interpretive Dance Variant

Shala is the teacher for Dance 1 (variant D). At least three musicians must be playing instruments near Shala to convince them to demonstrate their dance.
