Summary

Gleanfeckle in Statehelm said, "Oh, it's you. The bozo who gave me an infested hexapus arm to sleep on! Well to your credit, all those horrific odors DID cancel out and I was able to get some sleep for a bit, but two days later I was in terrible pain. I visited Steven the healer, who declared that I had Hexapus Ear and cured me. Apparently the tentacle you gave me was covered in eggs, and they got all over everything!

I threw out the hexapus arm but I still keep getting infected with Hexapus Ear every night! It's disgusting! It's... humiliating at this point. Please, you have to help me sanitize my bed area! ... And also get me a tentatkiller arm to replace the odor of the hexapus arm."
