Reach Necromancy level 64 and learn [[Raise Skeletal Ratkin Mage 5]] from [[Bogaku]] in [[Rahu Sewer]] Goblin Encampment. Once you have learned the spell and obtained a [[Ratkin Necromancer's Talisman]], you need to summon one of those Skeletal Ratkin Mages and talk to [[Daniel Murderdark]] with the skeleton in tow.}}
