“It's so interesting how the scope of your life can change overnight. One day you're worrying about a war of uncomprehending scope. Then the next day you're delivering parcels and wishing your bunkmate didn't snore.
“It's not so much that Anamemerie snores, really. It's that she talks in her sleep, and she's obviously living out bondage fantasies.
I just know she's a Spring! But we're all refugees here. We keep our mouths shut about that sort of thing. We're all friendly Summer fae! And if you know differently, no you don't.
“One of the more annoying facets of this world is the need to sleep every day. Some force imposes that requirement on us while we're here. We only need to sleep an hour or three, but if we don't get any sleep at all, we get quite unhappy.
In the fae realm, sleep is sporadic and rare. Certainly not every few hours like it is here!
But I guess there's up sides. We don't have the same vivid dreams in the fae realm either. They're an interesting novelty.
