Summary
You now have a working nexus adjunct matter aligner! If you can get into the nexus and attach it to an inactive gate, it will open a portal that should lead you to Dalvos.
The nexus entrance in Eltibule is in the northeast corner. You'll need a key to get in. A human named Percy Evans lives near there and is known to have a key.
Prerequisites
To start this quest, complete Jesina's hangout "Discuss the portal device with Sarina and Jesina over dinner" which will also complete the quest Meet with Jesina and Sarina.
