This Quest is given to the player after :
1. Clicking on the sign in the Kur Tower (very close to the entrance of Kur Tower)
2. Completing all the Talk dialogue with Landri the Cold
Note: this Quest is Not given through the normal Do Favor options
Landri the Cold will give the player a document (in the inventory) Ice Bypass Spell. That item is needed in order to pass the Ice Barrier in Kur Tower.
Note: to be checked... After completing this quest, the player may learn Ice Magic from Landri (if the player has leveled Fire Magic to at least level 25)
