The Art of Appreciating Nature.

Nature Appreciation is a skill that allows you to use flowers to grant a 1 hour buff to your maximum power.

Primary:

Foraging
Gardening
Flower seeds are obtained via foraging and as drops on certain mobs. The seeds must be grown into flowers using the Gardening skill.

It appears that bouquets and arrangements grant 1.2 times the Nature Appreciation experience that their ingredient flowers would have given individually.
Displays yield Nature Appreciation experience when placed. Appreciating them gives no XP.
