IMPORTANT Please note that Eric has planned to "embed external data elegantly into the wiki" particularly "skills, abilities, and advancement". As it makes no sense for the players to transcribe ability stats and XP amounts by hand (and it is information that may often be tweaked during alpha and beta). All this data will be automated at some point.
This can still be several months away, so you are welcome to document abilities and recipes and such. Just keep in mind not to spend too much time with precise information like power costs, reuse time and so on. Recommended to keep the tables simple eg. Ability Name, From NPC, Level, Description.
