To start this quest, talk to Jaw in Myconian Caverns. The quest is available at [Neutral] favor.
You must have previously completed Too Many Tenders in order to undertake this quest.
Preface
“Thanks for helping clear out some tenders, but there's still so many!
We buy our Garden Tenders from goblins. I do not know what their true species is; that's just what we call them. They are loyal and strong, but the goblins only sell us males.
