- It's just a different way of thinking about medicine. Most medicine focuses on preventing or curing ailments. But Holistic Wellness looks beyond that! To be really healthy you need a wide variety of things.

- Such as singing in the rain, or washing your hair with cleaner, or cooking special meals. There's so many things that can improve your overall health! I can guide you.
