Rahu Visitor's Permit
A transferrable day-pass to visit the parts of Rahu that are usually off-limits to tourists. While this permit lasts, the citizens of Rahu will not attack you and shopkeepers will generally be willing to deal with you. The pass becomes invalidated if you attack any Rahu citizen, and the plateau where the Onkara train is still off-limits.
Grants access to back-areas of Rahu for 90 minutes
