Summary
Speaking with Miraverre, you learn that Gulgara is breaking into the Dream Realm. One of his scions has created the desert you find yourself in now, and must be stopped!
Prerequisites
To start this quest, talk to Miraverre in the Phantom Ilmari Desert. The portal to the zone is found near the northern gate of Serbule Keep.
