To start this quest, you need to have finished Find Mushrooms then talk to Mushroom Jack in Serbule.

Mushroom Jack wants more mushrooms--another 10 more. Similar to his other quest, Find Mushrooms, you can give him any type of mushrooms. Hand them to Jack to complete the quest; congratulations!
