Moxie is the Jeweler of the Crafting Caravan. The repeatable quests Moxie offers give

After completing Event: Bonus - Moxie Needs Metal Slabs, the player can give Moxie an exceptional (red) or better

. The number of Crafter's Guild Tokens that must be given is equal to half the level of the new Amulet of the Rugged Traveler (30 tokens for level 60, 35 for level 70, or 40 for level 80). The new amulet received can be of different rarity from the one given to Moxie.
