First Kill Mechanic: Reorganized explanation.
Bosses are a category of enemy NPCs which are identifiable by their unique names. Bosses are usually stronger than the other creatures in their area, have the potential to spread Curses, and often drop unique loot.
First Kill Mechanic
Bosses generally use a First Kill mechanic which impacts the loot they drop. When you defeat a bossis defeated by a player, a an invisible personal three-hour timer starts to count down. If they defeat the same boss is defeated again during those three hours the countdown, they will receive less loot than when they first defeated the boss. Defeating the boss while the timer will is counting down does not extend, but or reset the quality and quantity of loot received is decreasedtimer. Many [Bosses have specific items they can only drop during their First Kill, and not during repeated kills until their the timer resets.* Items listed as a Unique Item are not guaranteed to drop on a First Kill, but usually will.* The quantities listed in First Kill Loot and Repeat Kill Loot columns represent the minimum possible loot. Sometimes more items will drop than what is listed. * The three bosses in Kur Tower/Necromancer's Courtyard each have an 8% chance for a Harp to appear during a First Kill.* Bravius the Bewildered's Nose Ring of Destructive Tendencies has a 100% chance to appear during a First Kill. <dpl> category =Bosses reset =categories include == {MOB First Kill}:firstitem,{MOB First Kill}:fktext,{MOB First Kill Details }:rktext columns =1 allowcachedresults=true table =class="sortable wikitable" style="width:100%", Boss, Unique Item, First Kill Loot, Repeat Kill Loot</dpl>
