Gifting is the act of exchanging items for favor, and is one of the fastest ways to raise favor levels with NPCs.
Small Talk
Engaging in small talk with an NPC will give hints to what they may like or dislike.
Item types prefaced with love will generally result in higher favor than like, but may be harder to obtain.
List of Gifts
The following table is a comprehensive item-to-favor list, and may be helpful for comparing item favor values between NPCs.
Note that the value of favor received may vary slightly, depending on the "Favor from Gifts" stat (viewable from the Persona -> Stats menu).
