Stronmar Academy was a secretive Council university intended to process and refine the abilities of promising Prodigies. Only a few school signs of the school's presence remain on the remote Anagoge Island, but the Anagoge Records Facility remains intact.
Elmetaph served as a Proctor at the school, and was once the head of the Teleportation Magics division.
