I'm in the process of replacing some headers from H4 to H3. That was my mistake, mostly, in the earlier templates. In general it's a bad idea to pick heading based on visual, if we need to we can change the style of the headings. Now, on topic: to be "semantically" correct the article should start sections with H2, and then H3, H4 ... H1 is the article title (ie. top level heading) (cf. For now, I'll chalk it up to an in-game contracdiction. [[Fazzi]] is the NPC who I got that info from. I'll look for other references to the proper date.
