A few days before the first Halloween Party of the year, [[The Bat in the Hat]] returned to the [[Red Wing Casino]]. Besides handing out the recipe for {{Item|Creepy Jack O' Lantern}}, it also offered two quests. [[Halloween Event: A Hat From a Bat]] first, followed by [[Halloween Event: A Better Hat From a Bat]].
