Boatman

Boatman is the old name for the NPC that was on the Serbule Docks.
He has been replaced by two new NPC's:
Jurl the Boatman stands next to an empty boat on the right side of the docks. He offers you a ferry to the strange island of Sun Vale. His dialogue options will tell you a little bit about the place.
If the player asks "Where else can you take me?", Juri can return the player to Anagoge Island after 4 steps of dialogue.
Fitz the Boatman stands in front of a full boat. Work Orders that were picked up at the Serbule Work Order sign (near the docks) can be completed with this NPC. The player will have to have all the items for the work order in his inventory.
