Added a rough page for the new mechanic.
[[Wanted Poster]] Quests are a type of quest unlocked in the caves underneath [[Povus]]. Most Wanted Poster Quests have a 30-day timer for re-completion that begins when they are turned in for the first time.
When a [[Wanted Poster]] item is used, its equivalent quest is given. As an example, the quest [[Wanted: Kill Aktaari Hall Monitors]] is activated when {{Item|Wanted Poster: Aktaari Hall Monitors}} is read.
