* In addition to the above possibilities for favor, any gem can be used for favor with [[Azalak]], [[Blanche]], [[Echur]], [[Larsan]], [[Preta]], [[Spot]], or [[Urzab]].
* Gems are used in various crafting recipes to create Enchanted equipment. They're placed into the Primary Crystal and Auxiliary Crystal slots.

* "Ilmari" gems earned their name from their introduction in the [[Game_updates/2015-07-01|1 July 2015 update]], introducing both these 'gems for high-level skills that aren't yet implemented' which were 'added early so that their associated dye colors could be made', and the Ilmari region.
