Players are able to sell Shoddy Leather Rolls to Kleave, so there may be some for sale under the ''Buy Used'' tab.

*50 [[Rough Tannin Powder]]
Go to a Tanning Rack. There is one near [[Tadion]] in Serbule, [[Kleave]] in Eltibule, and [[Ukorga]] in Kur Mountains. Mass click the Craft It! button. Go back to Joeh. Quest complete, congratulations!
