[[Horse Thieves ]] are a set of [[Activity Quests|activity quests]] which appear in every applicable zone at both 1 AM and 1 PM in-game time and . If the events are not cleared by players, they will despawn after 11 in -game hours (55 real world minutes) after if not cleared by players.
