Not sure what this page is for (it isn't the Category:NPCs page) .. but we should probably start using categories and make lists with DPL tag to make these lists auto-update.
A NPC is a Non-Playable Character inside the game. They act as quest givers, vendors, and storage. Favor can be earned with some NPCs for special items and rewards for them.
